Sharing my heart and what I would like to emphasize to others
through Revelation, Poetry, Book Excerpts that touch my heart, etc.:
Excerpt from “Touching the Heart of God Through Dance”, by Aimee Verduzco Kovacs, Ph.D. I believe the last movement of God will be that of Bridehood. Bridehood will encompass all the previous moves of God, as well as the restoration of the fivefold ministry in each local church. Only then will we have unity that will lead to annointings like those of the Day of Pentecost. The unity will not be due to our cooperation with one another, but it will be due to our complementation. This will not be easy because it will require death to self. Everyone in the local church will have to come to the point where they recognize annointings, giftings, calls of God, and limitations, and will be forced to connect in order to fulfill God’s call. Networking will be the key.Worship, I believe, will be one of the major visible signs of Bridehood. It will be greatly emphasized because Jesus wants to be seen by the world through His Church before the world sees Him face to face. The understanding of Bridehood will coincide with the final revelation of the glory of God. I believe First Corinthians 13:4-8 describes all the moves of God put together. It is a perfect picture of Bridehood. It requires faith to bear all things and believe all things (13:7). It takes the spiritual forces of righteousness, peace, and joy-Kingdom-to endure suffering and to be kind and humble (13:4). Warfare is required to stand your ground in defense (13:7). It takes praise to rejoice not in iniquity, but to rejoice in the truth (13:6). It takes God inhabiting our praises and inviting us to worship to bring down the anointing that destroys all yokes. “Love never fails” (1 Cor. 13:8a NIV) is going to be the catchphrase of Bridehood. Since faith works by love, we will have no choice but to love and forgive if we are going to overcome the attacks of the enemy. Because of love, a Bridegroom defends His Bride. Because of love, a Bride has faith in her Bridegroom to provide all her needs. Because of love, a Bride wants to keep her house clean and beautiful to welcome her Bridegroom home to a house with a solid foundation. Because of love, a Bride submits to her Bridegroom’s headship. Because of love, she adores her Bridegroom and praises Him for His attributes. Because of love, the Bridegroom responds by blessing His Bride with all the comforts she needs-righteousness, peace, joy-which is the Kingdom of God. Because of love, they rejoice together and dance in celebration of their covenant. Their dance is one of exuberance. It is a dance where all the excitement of the relationship reaches a climax. At that point, the dance begins to slow down to one of worship. The Bridegroom begins to speak to His Bride prophetically, sharing the desires of His heart for His Bride. He gives her direction and instructions. He reveals His love for her. In response to His love, the Bride bows before the Bridegroom in expression of her love. Her high esteem pays homage and veneration to her Bridegroom. Excerpt from “Touching the Heart of God Through Dance”, by Aimee Verduzco Kovacs, Ph.D. |
